J'ai signé pour un entretien avec forfait complet (prix affiché par l'entreprise)sur mon tracteur tondeuse. Quand je suis venu le chercher le prix avait doublé sans me prévenir et juste l'entretien prévu à été effectué. Comment perdre un client.
