I bought two Unicel C-9699 filters from Unicel-Direct web site which is now known as All4MyPool. Due to the buy was done when unicel-direct was transiting to All4MyPool, I had an issue with my order which was quckly been addressed by All4MyPool: they contacted to me by phone and solved the issue properly by shipping the order inmediately to me.
I would like to highlight that the shipment method used by All4MyPool was secure and fast. It was an international order between France and Spain and took more or less 5 business days.
Despite of the fact of the initial issue, I will give to them 5 stars because of the quality of the customer service and shipment method.
I will do business again with them for sure.
